Here are several interesting facts about zinnias:

1. Zinnias are known as “cut and come again” flowers.  If you cut a flower just above a pair of leaves, within a few days two new stems with flower buds will emerge!
2. From 1931 – 1957, the zinnia was the state flower of Indiana.
3. Dwarf zinnias can be as short as 10 inches tall, while the giants can grow to be 4 feet tall!
